There are two ways to get involved in our auxiliary volunteer and networking organizations.
The Urban League of Louisiana Young Professionals (NOLAYP) is an Urban League of Louisiana volunteer auxiliary of young professionals committed to promoting and supporting the mission and goals of the Urban League Movement in Louisiana – through volunteerism, fundraising, and membership development.

Members of the Guild are considered to be the heart and soul of the Urban League Movement. Guild members work to promote the Movement of Urban League of Louisiana by incorporating progressive fundraising, leveraging community service programs, and developing a cadre of dedicated, informed, and loyal volunteers.
